The San Fernando Valley is our home base. Our shop is on Prairie St in Chatsworth, so we reach Northridge, Woodland Hills, Encino, Tarzana, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, North Hollywood, Burbank and Calabasas within minutes, often the same day.
Valley housing runs from 1950s ranch homes and post-war duplexes to hillside properties and newer construction. Summer heat is hard on stucco, paint, decks, doors and exterior wood, and older copper or galvanized plumbing needs attention. We plan work around the heat and around the Valley mix of single-family homes, small apartment buildings and rentals.
Most-requested Valley jobs: drywall and stucco patching, interior and exterior painting, door and window adjustment, fence and gate repair, leak and water-damage repair, kitchen and bathroom fixes, and turnover work for landlords and property managers.
