Winnetka is one of our closest service areas, just south of the shop on Prairie St. It is a quiet, family-heavy pocket of the west Valley with consistent 1950s and 1960s housing, which means we usually know what is behind the wall before we open it.
Winnetka is almost entirely single-story tract homes built between 1950 and 1970, with attached garages, original hardwood or slab floors and compact bathrooms.
