Panorama City is an easy run east from our Chatsworth shop. It is one of the densest parts of the Valley, with a heavy mix of apartment buildings, condos and modest single-family homes, and a good share of our work here is for owners and managers of multi-unit property.
Panorama City was built out fast in the 1950s as tract housing and has since filled in with large apartment complexes. The single-family stock is small and simple, which keeps remodels affordable, while the multifamily buildings need constant turnover work, balcony and stair compliance, and repairs to shared walkways and railings.
