Granada Hills is a ten-minute run north from our Chatsworth shop, so we cover it daily. It is a neighborhood of wide streets, mature trees and well-kept ranch homes, plus the hillside properties above Rinaldi near O'Melveny Park where access and grade change how a job gets planned.
Most Granada Hills homes date from the 1950s through the 1970s, so we regularly deal with settling and post-1994 quake cracks, original single-pane windows, aging galvanized supply lines and popcorn ceilings. Big mature trees lift walkways and push fence lines out of plumb, and hillside lots north of Rinaldi need drainage handled before any finish work.
