Canoga Park is a straight run south from our Chatsworth shop, which makes it one of the areas we reach fastest. We work the older bungalow streets near Sherman Way, the mid-century tracts on either side of Topanga Canyon Boulevard, and the newer condo buildings toward the Warner Center edge.
Canoga Park has some of the oldest housing stock in the west Valley, with 1920s and 1930s bungalows mixed into post-war tracts and modern multifamily. Older homes bring undersized electrical panels, wood rot at sills and porches, and plaster that cracks instead of flexing. The newer condos bring shared-wall and HOA rules we plan around.
Common Canoga Park work: electrical repairs and upgrades, wood rot and termite damage repair, drywall and plaster repair, interior and exterior painting, condo and apartment renovation, kitchen remodeling, and general home repairs.
