A commercial remodel of a hall and common area within a business centre, completed to a specification suitable for a working environment. Commercial work runs to different constraints than residential. The building stays operational, so the work is staged and sequenced around occupied hours, access routes have to remain usable and safe, and finishes need to meet a durability standard that domestic materials do not. Scheduling matters as much as the build. The scope covered surface preparation and repair, finishing, lighting and the associated carpentry and making good.
