North Hollywood sits just east of us, and the NoHo Arts District has changed fast over the last decade. We work across the whole area, from the older bungalows and duplexes on the residential streets to the new apartment and mixed-use buildings going up around the Metro station. It is a neighborhood with a lot of first-time buyers and renters, and a lot of small repairs that add up.
The older NoHo housing stock often has knob-and-tube remnants, galvanized supply lines, and small original kitchens that owners want opened up, so remodels and system upgrades are common. In the newer buildings we handle warranty-style punch-list work, fixture installs, and finish repairs. Because so much of North Hollywood is rented, we do steady make-ready and maintenance work for owners between tenants.
