Studio City is a short drive over the hill from our Chatsworth shop, and it is one of the areas we work in most. Jobs range from quick condo repairs near Ventura Boulevard to hillside homes in the canyons toward Fryman.
Much of the housing here is mid-century, so we regularly update aging wiring, replace original single-pane windows and refinish tired hardwood floors. Canyon homes deal with moisture and slope movement, which shows up as sticking doors, hairline cracks and decks that need resealing. Closer to the studios we handle fast-turnaround work for renters and owners on tight schedules.
