Sun Valley is on the east side of the Valley, a straight shot from our Chatsworth shop, and it is a mix we like: older homes on generous lots, small industrial and commercial buildings, and a working attitude that matches ours. A good share of our Sun Valley calls are commercial as well as residential.
Sun Valley combines post-war single-family homes on large flat lots with light industrial and small commercial space along San Fernando Road. Homes here often have detached garages, workshops and additions of varying quality, so we spend real time correcting earlier work. Dust, heat and heavy truck traffic are hard on exterior paint, stucco and windows.
