Chatsworth is home. Our shop is on Prairie St, which means Chatsworth gets the fastest response of any neighborhood we serve, often within the hour with the parts already on the truck. We work the tract streets, the hillside lots below the Santa Susana rocks, and the equestrian properties on the west side.
Chatsworth housing runs from 1960s and 1970s ranch tracts to large-lot horse properties and newer gated construction north of Devonshire.
