Northridge is in the northwest Valley, a short drive up from our Chatsworth shop, and it is a neighborhood of solid suburban homes and a big university community. We work across the tract neighborhoods, the older ranch homes, and the many rentals near CSUN. Northridge has a practical, get-it-done attitude that fits how we work.
Northridge sits near the epicenter of the 1994 quake, so we still see homes with settling cracks, retrofit needs, and older repairs that deserve a second look, along with plenty of straightforward suburban upkeep. The rental-heavy pockets near CSUN keep us busy with turnover repairs, drywall, and painting. Summers are hot here, so AC-related electrical work and attic and insulation improvements come up often.
