Reseda sits in the middle of the Valley, a short drive southeast of our Chatsworth shop. It is one of the most rental-heavy areas we cover, so a lot of our Reseda work is turnover between tenants alongside owner-occupied repairs on the quiet streets off Sherman Way and Reseda Boulevard.
Reseda is mostly compact post-war single-family homes plus a heavy layer of 1960s and 1970s apartment buildings. That means small original kitchens and bathrooms, aging galvanized plumbing, tired flooring, and doors that have been painted shut over decades. Water damage from long-ignored leaks is the single most common call we get here.
