Hanging a set of large, heavy framed artworks securely and precisely. Heavy pieces are not a picture-hook job. The weight has to go into structure, and on the drywall construction typical of Los Angeles homes that means locating the studs and fixing into them, or using a properly rated anchor where stud positions do not line up with the intended layout. Our crew set out the arrangement first, checked heights and spacing against the furniture and eye line rather than the wall centre, and fixed each piece level and secure. Where frames needed a different hanging system than the one supplied, we fitted appropriate hardware to the frame itself. We handle art and mirror hanging, TV mounting, shelving and heavy fixings. It is a small job, but it is the kind that damages a wall and an expensive frame when it is done casually.
