What a primary suite remodel includes
A primary bathroom is where layout changes pay off: moving the toilet, enlarging the shower, adding a second sink, stealing space from a closet or hallway. We handle the layout, the plumbing and electrical moves, the waterproofing system that keeps tile tight for decades, and the finishes. If the closet is part of the plan we build that too. What is behind the tile matters more than the tile
Most bathroom failures we tear out in Los Angeles failed at the waterproofing: a shower pan sloped the wrong way, tile set on green board, no bonded membrane. We build the pan, membrane, slopes and movement joints correctly first, then tile. It is the part you never see and the reason the room still looks new in fifteen years.

- Permits where required for plumbing moves or electrical circuits.
- Demo to studs, plumbing and electrical rough-in, inspection.

How long is a primary bathroom remodel?
Three to six weeks depending on layout changes and tile scope. We give a dated schedule with the estimate.
Can we move the toilet or shower?
Yes. Moving drains is common in a primary suite and we price it precisely after checking what is under the floor.
Do I need a permit?
Moving plumbing, adding circuits or changing walls requires a permit. Like-for-like fixture replacement usually does not. We tell you which applies.
Is a curbless shower possible in an existing house?
Usually. On a slab we recess the pan; on a raised floor we adjust the framing. We confirm at the site visit.
Can I supply my own tile and fixtures?
Yes. We inspect deliveries before accepting them so damaged parts get replaced before install day.
Do you work in condos and HOA buildings?
Yes. We handle HOA paperwork, COI, elevator reservations and work-hour rules.
